Home Telecom has been researching Berkeley, Dorchester and Charleston counties to determine the quickest and most cost effective way to construct fiber throughout the area. Infrastructure such as roads, poles, and permitting have to be studied to begin design and constructing a fiber network. You and your home also play an important role in the research phase. We need to know which areas have the most interest in order to finalize the development of our plans.
Once we complete our research for a particular area, the design step begins. Compiled data will help us map where to begin and what existing infrastructure may be used so we can get fiber to you as quickly as possible.
